Terms of Service

1. Using this site

These terms cover every visit to the Shopcn website and every order placed through it. By browsing or buying here, you agree to them. If something in them doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site, and feel free to tell us why.

2. Pieces and orders

Our pieces are made by hand in small batches, so stock is limited and no two are exactly alike. Small variations in grain, glaze and weave are part of the work, not a fault. We may change prices, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a piece is no longer available.

After you order, we email a confirmation. You can cancel within 24 hours at no cost. Made-to-order furniture goes into the workshop after that, so later changes may not be possible.

3. Delivery

In-stock pieces leave our studio within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order furniture takes 4–6 weeks before it ships. Delivery is free on orders over $500. Customs checks and courier delays sit outside our control, but we will chase them with you. The piece is yours once it is delivered.

4. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused piece in its original packaging. Made-to-order and personalized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. We refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of the piece reaching us. Everything we sell is covered by our 10-year craftsmanship guarantee against defects in making.

5. Photos and words

The photographs, product descriptions and design of this site belong to Shopcn or to the makers and photographers we work with. Please ask before reusing them. We are usually happy to say yes when you credit the maker.

6. Our liability

We stand behind every piece we sell, but we can't be held responsible for indirect or knock-on losses that come from using the site or our products. If something goes wrong, the most we will owe you is what you paid for the piece in question. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

7. Questions

If any part of these terms is unclear, write to hello@shopcn.com.
