1. What we keep

When you order from Shopcn, you give us your name, email, delivery address and phone number, and our payment provider handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. Our site also records basic technical details, like your browser type and the pages you open, so we can keep things running.

2. Why we need it

We use your details only to:

• Pack, ship and track the pieces you buy
• Email you a receipt and a tracking link
• Answer you when you write to us
• Send our occasional newsletter, if you signed up for it
• See which pages work and fix the ones that don't
• Keep the tax and accounting records the law asks for

3. Who else sees it

We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. A few companies help us run the shop: our payment processor, our couriers, and our email and hosting providers. They get only what they need to do that job, and they are bound by contract to keep it private.

4. How we protect it

Every page on our site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to order records is limited to the small team that packs and ships your pieces. We delete order details we no longer need once our legal record-keeping period ends.

5. What you can ask for

At any time, you can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the details we hold
• Fix anything that is wrong or out of date
• Erase your details, unless we must keep them by law
• Stop sending you marketing emails
• Hear how to complain to your local data protection authority
